Does Halloween Contribute To Anti Religious Sentiment?

Photographs that allegedly show the mayor sprawled on a bed in a pair of tight-fitting blue Calvin Klein underwear have surfaced, as well as photos taken of the Republican politician’s ID and wallet. The Medford Courier-Post asked the mayor if there was any truth to allegations by a young man associated with “Rentboy.com” that Myers sought his services while traveling for business in California, and that during their encounter the older man had promised him a car and a recording studio.
Myers responded, “I can’t comment on something I don’t know.” He claims that the photos of him could be digitally faked and that the accusations are “ridiculous”. He told the Courier, “I believe I’ve been wronged by stories pinned on anonymous reports.”It's the lying that's the real ugliness, not the predilections. And it seems the dripping slime party loves to lie the most.
According to a new Gallup poll, 47% of Americans reported having a gun in their home. That's up from 41 percent last year.
The same study found the number of women who own a gun is at an all time high at 43%.
Gun ownership rates are also higher in the south and mid-west than in the north-east or west."
Actually I think this is pretty misleading. If by the "west' they include California then the numbers are pretty skewed because of high population and some of the most stringent laws in the country. The Rocky Mountain west from the plains to Cal is awash with lethal iron. Also many people won't admit to being firearm owners. Plus there are far more guns in private possession than statistics try to show because of one reason. For years the most important statistic that was purported to show firearm ownership was the amount of background checks the feds had to process, supposedly signifying how many weapons were out there. What it conveniently failed to delineate year after year was how many of those background checks were for multiple gun purchases at one time.
The fascists and their minions don't quite know how to handle the vast majority of citizens that are armed and have been afraid of us for a long time, with good reason. They tried a series of false flag shootings to push anti constitutional gun legislation and failed. They tried back door tactics to inhibit our abilities and failed. They got exposed with their Mexican gambit to blame american gun dealers and failed big time. So apparently all they can do in this present era is lie about our numbers and intent, of course until the next big false flag lollapalooza when we'll be villainized, since the main purpose of their machinations was always to expand war abroad and institute suffocating fascism at home.
But a head's up for the police state and their lackeys: don't believe your own propaganda and lies. You've really fucked up recently and this recent bullshit concerning gun ownership numbers is going to haunt you big time. Happy Halloween.
On Friday, the law firm of Steven J. Baum threw a Halloween party. The firm, which is located near Buffalo, is what is commonly referred to as a “foreclosure mill” firm, meaning it represents banks and mortgage servicers as they attempt to foreclose on homeowners and evict them from their homes. Steven J. Baum is, in fact, the largest such firm in New York; it represents virtually all the giant mortgage lenders, including Citigroup, JPMorgan Chase, Bank of America and Wells Fargo.
The party is the firm’s big annual bash. Employees wear Halloween costumes to the office, where they party until around noon, and then return to work, still in costume. I can’t tell you how people dressed for this year’s party, but I can tell you about last year’s.
That’s because a former employee of Steven J. Baum recently sent me snapshots of last year’s party. In an e-mail, she said that she wanted me to see them because they showed an appalling lack of compassion toward the homeowners — invariably poor and down on their luck — that the Baum firm had brought foreclosure proceedings against."
Similarly, Anonymous is already leaking names and information of officers in the Oakland P.D., but it is still difficult for outsiders to identify the shooter.
As such, the tip will likely have to come from someone within the Oakland Police Department or the other law enforcement agencies present at the protest.
Do your force proud and stand up for liberty … identify the shooter."
It’s an affluent, depressing world in which every surface has been turned into a screen with notifications telling you what do or think, interpersonal relations have completely atrophied, and emotions and sensation are muted as one is shuttled between airports, hotels, and other highly-planned spaces. Just wait until everything around you, the walls and the floor the table, is a Microsoft product with malfunctioning software."
OPD gave us 5 minutes to disperse, and then attacked the crowd with tear gas, flash grenades, and rubber bullets. I was there until that point, and I can testify that it was a peaceful march until the police attacked it.
Moreover, they just happened to begin firing tear gas into the crowd right after the two major media outlets that were covering it with live feeds turned off their cameras. That coincidence was quite a coincidence. ABC and CBS later claimed their helicopters had to refuel, and they did show footage from later. But what a coincidence that they turned off their cameras just before the police attacked? And that their helicopters ran out of gas at precisely the same time, that time?"
"The mystery of $6 billion that seemed to go missing in the early days of the Iraq war has been resolved, according to a new report," CNN national security producer Charles Keyes reported Wednesday. "New evidence shows most of that money, $6.6 billion, did not go astray in that chaotic period, but ended up where it was supposed to be, under the control of the Iraqi government, according to a report from the office of the Special Inspector General for Iraq Reconstruction or SIGIR."
The problem: Bad PR about pallets of cash rushed to to newly smashed up Iraq and disappearing. Totaling $40 billion and weighing 363 tons.
Two veterans groups say that a protester who was badly wounded in Oakland on Tuesday night is a former marine who is now hospitalized with a fractured skull.
According to Iraq Veterans Against the War, the protester, Scott Olsen, is a member of their group who left the Marines in 2010, after serving two tours in Iraq. In a statement, the group's executive director Jose Vasquez, claimed that Mr. Olsen "sustained a skull fracture after being shot in the head with a police projectile while peacefully participating in an Occupy Oakland march," on Tuesday night. Mr. Vasquez added that Mr. Olsen, a systems network administrator in Daly, Calif. "is currently sedated at a local hospital awaiting examination by a neurosurgeon."
A series of bloody photographs that appear to show Mr. Olsen after he was wounded were posted on the San Francisco Bay Area Independent Media Center's site, Indybay.org. Those images show that Mr. Olsen was wearing a brown military shirt with his last name on the front. Jay Finneburgh, the photographer who shot the images of Mr. Olsen, wrote on Indybay: "This poor guy was right behind me when he was hit in the head with a police projectile. He went down hard and did not get up. The bright light in the second shot is from a flash-bang grenade that went off a few feet from us. He looks like he might be a veteran. he was eventually taken to highland hospital." ....
We will see more, much more of this. You can smell the fear in the boardrooms (and in their bought-and-paid-for extensions, the government offices) around the world, as our mighty statesfolk flail at the global economic meltdown their own policies have unleashed -- with no other answer than to keep imposing "austerity" measures, one after another, destroying the societies they've feasted upon for so long. And has there even been such a gaggle of fourth-rate poltroons, of shallow, witless, gormless goobers as the leaders of the "developed" world these days? Sarkozy, Cameron, Merkel, Berlusconi, Obama ....? It's like the last tribal council on Easter Island. All they have left are lies, delusions -- and brutality."
“US authorities also called for the removal of 113 videos from YouTube, including several documenting alleged police brutality which Google refused to take down.”
The figures are revealed in Google’s newly released transparency report, which also details how the number of “user data requests” by US authorities increased by 29 per cent compared to the last reporting period.
The reason listed for the removal of a You Tube video in one instance is “government criticism”. The exact identity or content of the video is not divulged.
The report states that the removal requests pertaining to “police brutality” were done on the grounds of “defamation” and are included in that separate category, meaning the takedown order on the grounds of “government criticism” was made by the “executive,” ie the federal government.
The report does not indicate whether or not You Tube complied with the removal request, but it did comply with 63 per cent of the total requests made.
The number of “Items requested to be removed” by US authorities was almost seven-fold the number requested to be removed by Chinese authorities, a country much maligned for its Internet censorship policies."
Obama received a standing ovation from the audience when he walked on stage for his fourth appearance on Leno's show, and his second as president.
Before turning to lighter fare, Obama was asked about his reaction to the death of the former Libyan leader.
Noting that Gadhafi had terrorized his country for 40 years while all the time supporting terrorism, Obama said his death "sent a powerful message around the world to dictators that people long to be free."Here are Libyan children freed from parts of their bodies due to US freedom bombs
In Libya, we have actually helped al-Qaeda forces that were shooting at U.S. soldiers in Iraq and Afghanistan take over the country. Now they have announced that they will be imposing strict Sharia law on all of Libya. After 10 years of having our boys shot up in Afghanistan, the Afghan government is so “grateful” that they are publicly saying that they will side with Pakistan in any future war against the United States. In Iraq, Islamic radicals are beheading and murdering dozens and dozens of Christians and the new Iraqi government seemingly can’t wait to push the remaining U.S. soldiers out of the country. We ran up well over a trillion dollars of new debt to “liberate” these countries, but are they really in better shape than they were before these wars? Are we really in better shape than we were before these wars?
Today, the United States military has at least one base in more than half of all the nations on the planet.
The U.S. spends more than 7 times as much on the military as any other country on earth does.
Without a doubt, the United States will always need a strong military. But withthe national debt soaring to unprecedented heights, is it really wise for us to try to be the police of the entire globe?
We have poured well over a trillion dollars into Afghanistan, Iraq and Libya and we have very little to show for it.
Are Afghanistan, Iraq and Libya safer places than before we went to war with them?
Are Afghanistan, Iraq and Libya producing fewer “terrorists” than before we went to war with them?
Are we safer than before we started all these wars?
Our government has spent well over a trillion dollars and the blood of thousands upon thousands of U.S. soldiers has been spilled and in the final analysis very little has actually been accomplished."
"We were ready to make arrests if needed, but these people complied with our orders," a State Police official said. However, he added that State Police supported the defiant posture of Albany police leaders to hold off making arrests for the low-level offense of trespassing, in part because of concern it could incite a riot or draw thousands of protesters in a backlash that could endanger police and the public.Read more at the Albany Times Union."
"We don't have those resources, and these people were not causing trouble," the official said. "The bottom line is the police know policing, not the governor and not the mayor."
A city police source said his department also was reluctant to damage what he considers to be good community relations that have taken years to rebuild. In addition, the crowd included elderly people and many others who brought their children with them.
"There was a lot of discussion about how it would look if we started pulling people away from their kids and arresting them ... and then what do we do with the children?" one officer said.
The Paid Detail Unit allows the New York Stock Exchange and Wall Street corporations, including those repeatedly charged with crimes, to order up a flank of New York’s finest with the ease of dialing the deli for a pastrami on rye. The corporations pay an average of $37 an hour for a member of the NYPD, with gun, handcuffs and the ability to arrest.
New York City gets a 10 percent administrative fee on top of the $37 per hour paid to the police. The City’s 2011 budget called for $1,184,000 in Paid Detail fees, meaning private corporations were paying wages of $11.8 million to police participating in the Paid Detail Unit. The program has more than doubled in revenue to the city since 2002.
The taxpayer has paid for the training of the rent-a-cop, his uniform and gun, and will pick up the legal tab for lawsuits stemming from the police personnel following illegal instructions from its corporate master. Lawsuits have already sprung up from the program.
When the program was first rolled out, one insightful member of the NYPD posted the following on a forum: “… regarding the officer working for, and being paid by, some of the richest people and organizations in the City, if not the world, enforcing the mandates of the private employer, and in effect, allowing the officer to become the Praetorian Guard of the elite of the City. And now corruption is no longer a problem. Who are they kidding?”
Wall Street firms that are known to have used the Paid Detail include Goldman Sachs, the World Financial Center complex which houses financial firms, and the New York Stock Exchange."
Only the President has the authority to activate EAS at the national level, and he has delegated that authority to the Director of FEMA. The test will be conducted jointly by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) through FEMA, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s (NOAA) National Weather Service (NWS).
In essence, the authority to seize control of all television and civilian communication has been asserted by the executive branch and handed to a government agency.
The EAS has been around since 1994. Its precursor, the Emergency Broadcast System (EBS), started back in 1963. Television and radio broadcasters, satellite radio and satellite television providers, cable television and wireline video providers are all involved in the system."
Isn't doing this the same thing as what terrorists would do? Which begs the question - if it happens suddenly without warning, is this upcoming planned blackout simply a trial run for the fascists' next false flag event?
