Fox Noise Refuses To Run A Pro Constitution Ad

The supreme court will hear the Center For Constitutional Rights argue cases on Dec. 5 called Al Odah v. U.S. and Boumediene v. Bush. The outcomes will determine the rights of Guantanamo prisoners and another little matter, namely if there is a thing called fundamental right to habeas corpus. CCR wanted to run an ad with Danny Glover in conjunction with their case and it will air on CNN and MSNBC.
It was rejected by Fox. Here's the short ad:



Here's the rejection letter:

"We cannot approve the spot with it being Danny Glover's opinion that the Bush Adminstration [sic] is destroying the Constitution. If you have documentation that it is indeed being destroyed, we can look at that..."
