Coincidentally, Bush had much more support from the big cities politicians before the 04 election, when the DHS grants were still flowing large.
It's obvious he has been using the DHS money as his own pool for political favors. Now that the big cities are tending to favor the dems more, Bush is giving all the money to his fav corporations and security companies instead.
Unbelievable how his administration plays with American tax dollars like its their own private account!
