that brought back a really nice memory. late 1970's. early summer evening. i'm a young girl, pre-teen, giddy and giggly. innocent... playing in the street while listening to the neighbor boy playing that song on his electric guitar inside his parents house. the music, those simple notes, soaring throughout the warm evening air, making me feel alive. very alive. it was one of the first songs i taught myself on my guitar. :)
