It's interesting to see we're at the bottom of the list with two former empires - Spain and the UK.
It's also interesting that #2 and #3 on the list are places where we have a large military presence. Isn't it time we let Germany and Japan pay for their own damn defense?
Good observation abi. Empires seem to be just temporary deranged paroxysms.
