Und Der Body Cavity Auch

Yet another constitution free zone. Again, this has absolutely nothing to do with "terrorism", as a matter of fact this is terrorism, state terrorism. All this invasive crap is designed to force a fearful populace into willingly giving up their privacy, something a nascent police state absolutely has to have.

Metro To Begin Random Bag Searches

"WASHINGTON -- Metro announced Monday that it will begin randomly searching passengers' bags as part of an initiative to deter terrorist attacks. (...)

Transit Police Chief Michal Taborn explained how the random bag search program will work.

"At the beginning of an operation, a number will be selected by me or my designee -- let's say the number is 14. Every 14th customer who enters the station with a carry-on item will be taken off to the side and asked to open his or her carry-on item."

A team of five to eight transit police officers will visually inspect bags for explosive devices. If an officer feels it is necessary, a bomb sniffing dog will be used to check the bag as well.

"I'd say it would take in the neighborhood of eight to 15 seconds to visually inspect an average item such as a purse, briefcase, gym bag, or shopping bag," Taborn says.

If transit police uncover anything other than an explosive that is illegal -- like drugs -- that rider will be cited or prosecuted."
