How CBS Responded To Lara Logan
Logan was on the Daily Show last week and delivered a gloves off and devastating condemnation of MSM Iraq news coverage.
STEWART: Do you watch the news that we’re watching?
LOGAN: No.
STEWART: …in the United States? Do you see what we’re hearing about the war? So, we might actually know everything?
LOGAN: If I were to watch the news that you hear in the United States—I’d just blow my brains out because it would drive me nuts.
Her bosses at CBS started off the evening news the following day with 4 1/2 minutes about Tiger Woods' knee injury.
And in a move that seems like retribution for her comments, she won't be based overseas anymore.
Wow, curious timing. Rupert Murdoch's fecal rag the NY Post is jumping all over her supposedly steamy sex life. Looks like if you dare to criticize our news censors you better be prepared to get hammered.
