At some point there will be tragic dust ups, if it hasn't happened already.

Or it could be just a vain attempt to set the US military up as the good guys.
I don't doubt that they may be considered the lesser of two evils, which isn't really saying much, considering their track records in Iraq.
Good point Nick. Also more obfuscation about why the hell american troops are in that country in the first place.
