Not Friendly Fire

Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket

This story has been around awhile, and the allegations aren't new. But there are aspects to this that strongly suggest deliberate murder.

Pat Tillman : Executed by His Own Government?

"Circumstantial evidence, primarily illogical actions at very high levels of the administration, suggests more than a cover up of a “friendly fire” accident (a common mistake during war.)

Had Tillman been accidentally shot by one of his own unit the whole matter could have been put to rest by holding a few harsh court marshals of those immediately involved, and issuing profuse apologies to everyone. But, America’s most famous volunteer soldier was, according to his brother and constant companion, on the verge of whistle-blowing the bankruptcy of US policy in Iraq.

The untimely death of Tillman could not have been timelier for the top civilians in charge of making war, but covering for an assassination is not so simple."

As far as conspiracy theories go, this scares the hell out of me. The government expoited his death and used it as a recruting tool--that much is certain.

Yeah Laurie, the government's actions were dishonest and ugly from the start, and if the article is read there are so many pieces of circumstantial evidence to show his death was deliberate murder that it seems like it couldn't be anything else. I hope his family has the goods on the perpetrators and that they stay safe.

FWIW, somewhere I read (possibly at the Rigorous Intuition Discussion Board) that the cause of death was three gunshot wounds to the head.

Yes Peter, I've read that a lot and this excellent overview at Conspiracy Planet makes the case that it's a signature of deliberate assasination. As with sniper teams worldwide. The fact that his body armor was deliberately destroyed speaks volumes, as undamaged armor would show that it wasn't a spray and pray mistake but a calculated murder where shooters could see his head, helmet and probably his face.

Hello! I know this is kind of off topic but I was wondering which
blog platform are you using for this site? I'm getting
fed up of Wordpress because I've had problems with hackers and I'm looking at
options for another platform. I would be awesome if you could point me in the direction of a good
platform.
