Chris weakened and was downgraded to a tropical depression this morning. Storms have acted in strange ways the last several years, taking 90 degree turns and forming where they shouldn't. Maybe we should ask the boys up at HAARP.

So far it's been a slow season. Wonder if they'll run through all the names again.
