"If you want to drive a car you have to have a license to say that you are capable of driving a car, the car has to pass a test to say it is fit to drive and you have to have insurance."

Fuck that sh_t! There's nothing dangerous about browsing the web.
This is just another fascist-capitalist scheme to take more easy money from people. How much would a license cost? What age will a person be able to get a license and legally operate? How big a fine will people have to pay for browsing without one?
Fuck all that fascist-Kapitalist Krap! I'll bet if this fascist gets this law passed he'll rake in like 20 percent of the money it makes to pay for his new 50 foot yaght or that vacation home on the coast.
It is truly getting grim. One wonders when that final line is crossed and we gather our ropes and start looking for lamp posts.
