Faith Based Supreme Court
I guess we're on notice that an Invisible Cloud Being is about to mold supreme court decisions like Roe. I went to 1stHeadlines and there were a bunch of xtian related stories topped by this decidedly "let's put the sheep on notice" Sunday story:
6 Justices attend Catholic Mass
"WASHINGTON — An American cardinal on Sunday issued a plea for the rights of the unborn at a church service that included Vice President Joe Biden, six members of the Supreme Court and hundreds of members of the legal community.
Five of the six Roman Catholics on the high court — Chief Justice John Roberts and Justices Sonia Sotomayor, Antonin Scalia, Anthony Kennedy and Samuel Alito — heard the homily by Cardinal Daniel DiNardo; the sixth, Justice Clarence Thomas, did not attend. Justice Stephen Breyer, who is Jewish, was there as well.
Speaking at the annual Red Mass the day before the opening of the Supreme Court term, DiNardo said that people represented by lawyers are "more than clients. … In some cases the clients are voiceless for they lack influence; in others they are literally voiceless, not yet with tongues and even without names, and require our most careful attention and radical support."
I would assume this is going to be the wave of the near future. With a crashed economy, manufactured flu scare, unending war abroad and terrible social unrest in our short term future the government is going to go balls to the wall jeebus. As it all descends into nightmarish hell on earth the entire bunch of posers in government will adopt the xtian "better life with Jesus in Heaven" mantra as a sop for us anguished masses. Bet the farm on this as they nuke the muslim heretics in Iran. Double down on it as they justify their decisions to further control us, like stripping away our right to choose what we do with our bodies.
Goodbye Roe, hello syringes.
Our overlords already have plans in place to mollify the sizable percentage of braindead americans who'll put their trust in religion as their lives turn to shit because of the psychopaths' crimes. Last year we learned FEMA was actively recruiting religious leaders to calm their flocks when the shit hits the fan and make sure the sheep follow orders meekly, like jeebus' good little obedient footsoldiers. There's no reason to believe anything's changed since then.
