"First Man On The Moon" Rejects Anniversary Shindig

Neil Armstrong to skip Apollo 11 event

"First man to walk on the moon will not take part in Nasa event celebrating the 40th anniversary of the lunar landing."

"There are great ideas undiscovered. Breakthoughs available to those who can remove one of truths protective layers."

Armstrong's cryptic comments at the 25th anniversary of the hoax.
I don't care whether he landed on the moon or not, but everything about the Apollo program and that event is riddled with bullshit and lies, and Armstrong's actions seem to underline that fact.

People are so stupid to the point of believing something so obviously a hoax. It is so simple to see that the first moon landing never happened. As the saying goes..."Try and try until you succeed". NASA will "try and try until (it will) succeed".

I think the only stupid people are the nutbags who believe this is a conspiracy. You tell three people a secret and it will be out by the end of the day. Somebody would have blabbed about this ages ago. Get a life and worry about the real problems going on in the world today.

A man's humility as an anomalous event as evidence for bullshit in an age of personality cults, where the suicidal tendencies of those have have garnered fame give rise to worship? The wobbling frame of this confident analysis of loose threads on the part of the author's certainty, infallibility and fairness provides more evidence of bullshit than an detailed analysis. This post is immature shorthand for those who have a craving for innuendo, while publicly inferring they possess the capability of critical thinking. Thumbs down.

@ chuck

They do blab and talk. Whistleblowers, but unfortunatly they have no proof, only their word on the "secret", and they might have an accident or heat attack. Thus the war of truth and falsehood, information mixed with misinformation mixed with disinformation. Lookup Edgar Mitchell. Another interesting astronaut that has commented. And all this, that has happend, does have to do with now, and what is comming.

Well Chuck, there certainly were more than a few people who were involved in the Manhattan Project, weren't there?

And well Bruce, you certainly are confident in your analysis that arguably the most famous man on the face of the earth will be a no show at the anniversary of arguably the most important event in human history will be due to....
humility?
The most cursory perusal of the Apollo project should ring alarm bells, but that wasn't the point of bringing up the fact that supposedly one of the bravest men to be born just can't be a part of an anniversary celebration because of shyness.
