I remember shortly after sept 11 some dumbass reported "white powder" falling off of a bridge -well of course what was really going on was simple construction work-he was thinking maybe a mass powdering of motorists with anthrax was underway! best as always to you and the Mrs and all who comment here!

Boston is an interesting city, I had some dealings with it years before. Decades ago you could have made the case for black ops programming with the manufactured racial strife, that bussing stuff.
