Don't Vote

Diebold again. Even though it tried to erase it's filthy election stealing history with a name change to Premier Election Systems, their touch screen machines are still rotten. And now they're admitting it and no one knows how widespread the problem is. The 2000 and 2004 national elections were stolen and this one will be too.

"Diebold has admitted that their tabulator software, known as GEMS, and used all across the country, in at least 34 states, does not count votes correctly.
In fact, it actually loses votes, by not counting them at all, yet gives the system administrator no indication that the votes were not counted. Instead, it tells them that all votes have been counted correctly. This bug has been in Diebold's software --- where it remains to this day-- for years. Diebold has only admitted it now that it's been found by someone else and with the 2008 Presidential election less than 80 days away
."

I have no plans to vote this time. It will be the first time ever that I haven't voted.

The process is now so thoroughly tainted and corrupt there's no point investing any energy in it, Lesley. It's been shown too many times that "voting" is a sham meant to mollify and moderate public anger, making people think they have any say at all in what's fast becoming total dictatorship.
The only say we have at this point is to avoid the machinations completely. If only a tiny percentage of the american population showed up to participate in their phony garbage it would at least show the world we don't approve of what the monsters have done.
