The Food Irradiation Plot

Keeping us sick and stupid makes for frightened and subservient consumers, donchaknow.

Vile bureaucrats won't recognize the difference between live and dead food

"There's a new plot underway to sterilize your food and destroy the nutritional value of fresh produce. The players in this plot are the usual suspects: The USDA (which backed the "raw" almond sterilization rules now in effect in California) and the American Chemical Society -- a pro-chemical group that represents the interests of industrial chemical manufacturers. The latest push comes from USDA researchers who conducted a study to see which method more effectively killed bacteria on leafy green vegetables like spinach.

To conduct the study, they bathed the spinach in a solution contaminated with bacteria. Then, they tried to remove the bacteria using three methods: Washing, chemical spraying and irradiation. Not surprisingly, only the irradiation killed nearly 100 percent of the bacterial colonies. That's because radiation sterilizes both the bacteria and the vegetable leaves, effectively killing the plant and destroying much of its nutritional value while it kills the bacteria.

The USDA claims this is a huge success. By using radiation on all fresh produce, they claim, the number of food-borne illness outbreaks that happen each year could be substantially reduced. It all makes sense until you realize that by destroying the nutritional value of all fresh produce sold in the United States, an irradiation policy would greatly increase the number of people killed by infections and chronic diseases that are prevented by the natural medicines found in fresh produce!"

Also - Our manipulators don't want us replacing vitamins and minerals destroyed by processes similar to the above. Remember, sick, frightened and stupid = good citizens.

Globalists Continue War On Vitamins & Minerals

"The New World Order continues its war on vitamins and minerals by hyping a story on a study from Copenhagen University indicating that taking vitamins increases the risk of death. It is funny how the big media outlets won’t focus in on the dangers of psychotropic drugs and other horrific crap created by the major pharmaceutical companies. Instead they choose to hype a story demonizing the use of vitamins citing a study with no specific parameters or information to cross check the validity of what was produced in the study. The globalists are attempting to put companies out of business that produce vitamins and minerals and this is just another salvo being fired in their propaganda campaign to make people believe that vitamins are bad and the crap the pharmaceutical companies come out with is good."

well I disagree about the irradiation thing. if done right, it can make food last longer without spoiling the nutritional content. The irradiation just needs to mess up the bacterial DNA a bit which shouldn't destroy vitamins or other nutrients.

Hmm, spooked, I wonder how often it'll be done right though, if that's possible to do. From all outward appearances no one could tell just like the claims of organola naturama foods that unscrupulous venders charge so much more money for, when they're just the same foodstuffs as in the next aisle. Or the bottled water scam, where "pure" "drinking" water is just some tap water waved in front of some charcoal. I don't trust this at all and it's guaranteed to be more expensive.
