I saw this last night and thought the same thing. Blah blah blah. Certainly if this was about protecting us from terrorist attacks, they would not have broadcasted locations nor would they have said the western states would not be monitored until later in the year.
It would be interesting to know when this is gonna happen out here and show up and observe who is pulled aside.
