Ok Nolo,
This one is clear, the cop is a dick, and is a complete child and should not be in uniform. This is very unprofesstional, and it makes me sick. Ohio is not known for the best cops, and this makes it even worse. Wow i will be using this as a training video. This shows that the cop was so mad, because he made the biggest mistake, lowered his protection.

Yeah Kobyashi, there was something very wrong with this aside from the officer's insistence to find criminality. It's like he was on drugs himself, forgetting procedure and in an obsessive rage.
Hence my assumption, looking at his physical presence, steroids.
