HAARP May Deliver Haiti's Coup De Grace

Haiti braces itself for Hurricane Igor

"The Category Four hurricane is expected to hit Haiti within the next 48 hours."

January's earthquake left 1,300,000 living in tents

Just 2 percent of quake debris in Haiti cleared

"Rubble is everywhere in this capital city: cracked slabs, busted-up cinder blocks, half-destroyed buildings that still spill bricks and pulverized concrete onto the sidewalks. Some places look as though they have been flipped upside down, or are sinking to the ground, or listing precariously to one side.

By some estimates, the quake left about 33 million cubic yards of debris in Port-au-Prince — more than seven times the amount of concrete used to build the Hoover Dam. So far, only about 2 percent has been cleared, which means the city looks pretty much as it did a month after the Jan. 12 quake
."

Haiti's people have always been despised and abused by europeans and NWO types. Native Arawakans were wiped out. Millions of african slaves were shipped in to work the plantations:

"Have they not hung up men with heads downward, drowned them in sacks, crucified them on planks, buried them alive, crushed them in mortars? Have they not forced them to eat excretement? And, having flayed them with the lash, have they not cast them alive to be devoured by worms, or onto anthills, or lashed them to stakes in the swamp to be devoured by mosquitoes? Have they not thrown them into boiling cauldrons of cane syrup? Have they not put men and women inside barrels studded with spikes and rolled them down mountainsides into the abyss? Have they not consigned these miserable blacks to man-eating dogs until the latter, sated by human flesh, left the mangled victims to be finished off with bayonet and poniard?"

The real reason Haitians are reviled by the current overlords is because of their tenacity and success in throwing off the yoke of slavery and colonialism and becoming the first black republic in the early 1800s. That and the fact that Haiti is swimming in oil. Uppity ex slaves will never be allowed to exploit their country's resources so keeping the country ravaged by a succession of disasters leaves them vulnerable to manipulation.
