King Tut’s DNA is Western European

"Despite the refusal of the Secretary General of the Egyptian Supreme Council of Antiquities, Zahi Hawass, to release any DNA results which might indicate the racial ancestry of Pharaoh Tutankhamen, the leaked results reveal that King Tut’s DNA is a 99.6 percent match with Western European Y chromosomes.
The DNA test results were inadvertently revealed on a Discovery Channel TV documentary filmed with Hawass’s permission — but it seems as if the Egyptian failed to spot the giveaway part of the documentary which revealed the test results.
Hawass previously announced that he would not release the racial DNA results of Egyptian mummies — obviously because he feared the consequences of such a revelation.

I love stuff like this. Our history is far more complicated and interesting than dogma would have us believe. although mainstream academia tries every trick in the book to prop up their increasingly shaky suppositions. It shouldn't surprise anyone that Hawass is trying to keep a lid on information as he's done this many times over the years.

I'd still like to hear someone explain how cocaine and nicotine were found in Egyptian mummies when coca and tobacco plants were found only in the americas until after Columbus. What were tall, red haired Celts doing roaming around China over three thousand years ago? Where else in the world could vast amounts of copper have been mined to fuel the Bronze Age that began six thousand years ago, than the upper peninsula of Michigan?
