With Plane Crashes You Always Have To Ask Who Was Aboard

And this one was a lollapalooza.

Polish leader, 95 others dead in Russia jet crash

"MOSCOW — Polish President Lech Kaczynski and some of the country's highest military and civilian leaders died on Saturday when the presidential plane crashed as it came in for a landing in thick fog in western Russia, killing 96, officials said.
Russian and Polish officials said there were no survivors on the 26-year-old Tupolev, which was taking the president, his wife and staff to events marking the 70th anniversary of the massacre in Katyn forest of thousands of Polish officers by Soviet secret police.
The crash devastated the upper echelons of Poland's political and military establishments. On board were the army chief of staff, national bank president, deputy foreign minister, army chaplain, head of the National Security Office, deputy parliament speaker, civil rights commissioner and at least two presidential aides and three lawmakers, the Polish foreign ministry said.
Although initial signs pointed to an accident with no indication of foul play, the death of a Polish president and much of the Polish state and defense establishment in Russia en route to commemorating one of the saddest events in Poland's long, complicated history with Russia, was laden with tragic irony."

There was dense fog but the plane was completely overhauled just a short time ago.
One has to wonder what might be going on behind the smiles and diplo-speak these days. Those proposed US missiles that were going to be deployed on Polish soil really pissed off the Russians, even though the original Bush plan was scrapped, because any missiles near the Russian border would have extensive spying capabilities. The cover story was that the missiles would be protection from an Iran attack; a more transparent lie can hardly be thought up.
It wouldn't surprise me if this plane crash which effectively decapitated the Polish government was sabotage. Poland and the US have been quite cozy in recent years with Polish troops helping to pretend that the occupations in Iraq and Afghanistan are multinational efforts. Relations between Russia and Poland went south since the 2008 South Ossetia war when Poland was one of Georgia's biggest supporters.
I think it's important to remember that behind the scenes there's an intense international battle for power and resources and a belligerent jockeying for position, no matter how calm it might seem on the surface. This air crash comes only a few days after another US ally evaporated when the power structure in Kyrgyzstan was overthrown and an interim government took it's place. A 180 degree shift in sympathies towards both Russia and the US is underway and empire is about to lose Manas, the important drug smuggling airbase in that country. Moscow had recently blamed NATO for the flood of Afghanistan based heroin into Russia.
The covert wars are intesifying.

added - Two things occurred to me after typing this. The controversial site Whatdoesitmean usually is all over stuff like this, especially when it involves Russia, and when I visited I saw that Sorcha Faal/David Booth writes essentially the same thing as above. This site also has a good compendium of disasters and failures that empire suffered recently.
Also, since we're seeing covert antagonism elevated a magnitude into entire government removal, I would expect retaliation from all factions to be swift and violent. Most especially since we've entered into the high holy days of the worldwide death cult's human sacrifice window.

I put music from itunes on the really slow home computer onto CDs and want to put those CDs on my laptop. My laptop also has itunes. But the home computer is almost 7 years old. We think it runs so slowly b/c it has so much junk clogging up the hard drive. But it is possible it could have a virus that my parents don't know about. If I put the CDs onto my laptop, could it get infected with a virus?

Hi Nolo:

Looks like you struck a nerve with your "anonymous" spammer, above.

Here's another blotter who agrees with you, however.

Sorry, that would be "blogger"
not "blotter".

This plane crash definitely looks like an assassination to me. And, of course, I would look to the usual suspects.

Yowzah, gc.
I quickly looked around this morning trying to find some connections in all the dots but didn't come across this.

It makes more sense than anything else, even a possible Russian plot. As a matter of fact, doing away with euro leaders who aren't team players and then blaming it on the Russians would be right up the old zio alley. Two birds with one stone.
Thanks for that link.

Actually that last blog post is not completely accurate. The political figures killed in the plane crash were largely opposed to such measures. They were the ones holding onto the ideology of, and belief in, a strong Poland. The one who pushed through that platform was the P.M. He was not on the plane.

Donald Tusk has been Prime Minister for the last several years. He is the 'active' leader of the government of Poland. The President on the other hand (until recently, Lech Kaczynski) is largely a ceremonial figure who simply holds the power of the veto. Tusk has been trying to eliminate that power from the presidency, calling it a relentlessly needless obstacle. Tusk & Kaczynski do not get along at all. Tusk wants to swiftly bring Poland fully into the EU & adopt the euro in the next two years. Kaczynski on the other hand has repeatedly blocked such efforts, trying instead to create a strong Poland that is not simply a support act for whatever empire is barking at their border.

Once again, the banks have won.
