Iran to hold nuclear enrichment talks on October 19
"TEHRAN — US, French, Russian and Iranian officials are to meet in Vienna on October 19 for talks on the possible transfer of Iranian uranium for enrichment abroad, the UN nuclear watchdog head announced on Sunday.
"We will have a meeting to discuss the technical details and hopefully we will hammer out an agreement as early as possible," Mohamed ElBaradei told reporters in Tehran."

$400 is chunk change when you're dealing with the potential meltdown of the dollar currency at the hands of "rogues" like Iran and (formerly) Iraq. Remember when Saddam had plans to use the Euro for the sale of its petroleum instead of the dollar? Well, when you understand that the US makes $500 billion a year gratis on the use of the US dollar as the "go to" currency for oil....you understand why the US HAS to attack Iran (like it attacked Iraq), Now, the reason it attacked Afghanistan is a little more complex. They did that for the best little buddy Israel. They want to hem in Iran on its borders so that Israel can destroy it and become Erzatz Israel from the Tigris to the Euphrates...(the zionist wet dream). This is what's called a toofer. The US gets to keep its prime currency and Israel gets to be an ME empire.
Think it will ever happen? Not if Russia and China can help it.
