According to Obama, the surge worked "beyond our wildest dream." So these walls must be purely decorative.
The media failed as badly in reporting this story (the reasons for the reduction in violence) as they did in reporting on WMDs. And newspapers wonder why they're losing readers?
This is a very haunting video documentary. Thanks, Nolo, for drawing our attention to it...just one more example of why I go to Piglipstick every day for news.
Someday, I hope the Iraqis take down all the "blast walls" and make a huge memorial out of them...one that becomes a symbol for all the world to see of how Ziofascist globalism is a scourge on this earth.
It's hard to know the real situation in our colony from MSM. Kudos to that journalist to do what he did, without sensationalism and fanfare.
