The measures form part of an international agreement aimed at stamping out piracy, but there are fears that individuals who have illegally downloaded songs or video clips on to MP3 players and phones for personal use could also be caught out."

Get nabbed for this minor infraction and pay a fine. The airport and the local police split the $$ to make themselves fatter. No problem for the jet-set johnny-got-his-club, but just another reason for further class-discrimination suits that may or may not be taken by the ACLU. Bottom line: more easy money to be fleeced from the sheep to fill the coifers of the new security-state upper-middle class.
No wonder the goons want the job!
