Oregon Events Reflect Candidates' Campaigns

"Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton held campaign events Friday in Oregon, one of six states left to hold Democratic presidential nominating contests. The two events couldn't have been more different.
Clinton's event was in an outdoor courtyard at a children's hospital. It was gray and dreary, and temperatures were in the 40s. She was an hour late, and the panel discussion on health care was cut short because everyone was so cold.
Just a few hours later, hundreds of people lined up at the Willamette Event Center in Albany to hear Obama. The sun was shining and the sky was cloudless."

Then there was also that Kentucky Derby pick -

"I hope that everybody will go to the derby on Saturday and place just a little money on the filly for me," Sen. Clinton told supporters in Jeffersonville, Ind., ABC News reports. "I won't be able to be there this year - my daughter is going to be there and so she has strict instructions to bet on Eight Belles."

Of course Eight Belles came in second, broke both front ankles and had to be euthanized on the track.
