Religionist Virus Set To Infect Second Life
"It seems religious groups continue to take notice of the social interactions provided by Linden Lab's Second Life. Just recently, a Jesuit academic has sent out the call to fellow Catholics to start bringing their missionary work to the virtual world.
"Deep down, the digital world can be considered, in its way, mission territory," he said. "Second Life is somewhere where the opportunity to meet people and to grow should not be missed, therefore, any initiative that can inspire the residents in a positive way should be considered opportune."

None for me, thanks.
It's funny in a way. Convince people in a virtual world of a virtual being. Sure, that makes a virtual world of sense.
These virtual religious con-artists should be told that science enabled virtual reality for the sole purpose of escaping their ilk.
I can think of much better things to do in a virtual reality than letting religious fools preach to me and control my virtual mind.
Maybe we should create a virtual dog from hell to bite them really hard in the ass every time they try to sell us their BS?
Nick Z.
Maybe installing virtual door knockers like this one might keep them at bay.
