"Republican Texas Congressman Lamar Smith has said that his committee will not even consider the Barney Frank – Ron Paul marijuana legalization bill. Few would expect the bill to pass but forcing a vote would go a long way towards seeing where everyone stands and could really shake up many 2012 campaigns.
