Al-Qaeda considered train attack to mark Sept 11
"WASHINGTON — Intelligence seized from Osama bin Laden's compound in Pakistan showed his Al-Qaeda network pondered strikes on US trains on the 10th anniversary of the September 11 attacks, US officials said Thursday.
Got that? Now homeland security has all the justification it needs to flood train stations, ticket offices, platforms and the trains themselves with TSA thugs and security goons, and of course the naked cancer scanners.

They can't tell the truth to any extent because if they started to, all their previous lies would be exposed. Imagine the avalanche of lawsuits if one day the DEA said pot was always harmless? Imagine the economic collapse if one day the IRS said no, the 16th amendment was never really ratified? What would happen if the truth came out that the next presidential election is rigged? So you see they're not just addled lie junkies, they must lie, and the mugs we see in front of the cameras are there because making shit up comes natural to them.
