The taser is the sadistic fascist's new favorite toy.
Though it is true that it is not generally as dangerous as a gun, there really should be more rules and regulations attached to its usage. The fascists are getting much too carried away with it.
Zapping the dude in front of tens of thousands plus the possible TV audience is absolutely a planned psy op.
