This is the guy whose commanding officer a year or so ago called "an ass-kissing little chickenshit", to his face, in front of an audience of officers and newsmen.
Well, his CO is gone now, and he has the CO's position.

To have a high ranking military honcho mouth the things he does is quite chilling to say the least.
I wonder if it's a political ploy, after all I remember Kissinger telling the Vietnamese to "watch out for that madman Nixon".
