I would assume that giving children the earliest jabs and having a large percentage of them get the flu and possibly spread the very sickness they pretend to be fighting would exponentially increase the panic for everybody else.

The move would be part of a concerted government effort to minimise the harm caused by the expected second wave of the pandemic this autumn.
"The general principle of schools being the ideal, logical place to do this is well established. They have captive audiences," said one senior source involved in Whitehall planning."
Captive audiences indeed.
We have to remember that the syringes will contain attenuated virus, meaning a weakened form of the live virus possibly causing the host body to shed virus cells for weeks.
