Because they're broke after spending trillions to fight imperial wars and sending trillions to the ultra rich. They want all wealth now because they consider it theirs, and we'll get nothing in return. The countries mentioned use taxes for infrastructure, health care and education, all we'll get are more wars, a shattered society and the joy of paying for a fascist police state.
