What Other Figures Do They Play With?

"If unemployment were still tallied the way it was in the 1930s, today's jobless rate would be closer to 16.5 percent -- more than double the stated rate."

For years the people who stopped looking for work because there were no jobs have been disappeared off the chart.

16.5% translates to over 25 million workers, not to mention all the family members who depend on those jobs.

Indeed. TPTB will always try to soft peddle their ugly manipulations. We're likely to see some very brutal shortly.

The Bureau of Labor Statistics has no credibility anyway at this point. They're the same lying sacks who told us in the midst of last year's oil speculation-driven hyperinflation that inflation was only 2-3%.
