Amendment IV Of The Bill Of Rights:
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
US Supreme Court says passenger can be frisked
"The Supreme Court ruled Monday that police officers have leeway to frisk a passenger in a car stopped for a traffic violation even if nothing indicates the passenger has committed a crime or is about to do so."
The situation in this country is fast approaching a critical juncture. At some point in the not too distant future it seems, no one worth his or her salt will allow the cops to take them into custody, because their only prospect for freedom is to fight them on the spot. Which will mean a lot of dead cops.

Where do you turn when the judges turn against the constitution, which btw has been going on for years
Government power abuse knows no limits. They do it cuz they can! Who the hell can stop them when fighting back against government corruption is treated like a crime itself?
All who resist are labeled terrorists!
We're in a lawless society now where the only law on the street is decided by thugs at the muzzle of their guns. Chaos will start soon as the criminal thugs with badges are realizing they can literally get away with murder and resistance to this third world situation will mount. Get set for widespread mayhem and the inevitable police state crackdown. Buy guns and food and have a safe haven somewhere to avoid travel.

yet once again,history is repeating itself by the actions of a few trying to dominate the entire population at every available facet--greed, corruption, manipulations...media,laws,religion,corporations,goverment,etc. Many will die including the innocent and history will regurgitate yet again.
