McSame's people decided to emulate Obama's logo with it's red and white stripes and blue background. Instead of a sun they put in his chrome dome.
And copied the slogan. Sort of.

Ah, good one. So in his infamous lime green speech in front of a crowd of dozens a few days ago, McSame intoned the word "change" 33 times.
