I don't know if that is a sure thing. Pakistan should have a right to say if they want more military bases in their country.
To my knowledge they have been reluctant to allow american forces to operate freely, moonlitetwine. That is probably changing right now as Musharraf is in big trouble and needs US muscle to stay in power.
