The Dixie Chicks' movie "Shut Up And Sing" opens this week.
Clearly forgetting their status as Liberal Media, NBC has refused to carry any advertisement for the movie, saying it's policy bans ads dealing with "public controversy."
What a crock of shit. NBC and every other network thrive on controversy because it'll draw viewers and the subsequent ratings. This is purely a political move to deflect criticism of Codpiece and his corrupt criminal cabal before the election cycle. Truly pathetic that a film about free speech gets it's commercials censored.

Nothing more than I would expect from NBC or any of the mass media. It is clear that we are living more and more in media controlled, propaganda state.
The networks have really showed their true colors, haven't they? This, after ABC and it's "Path to 9/11" should show that ~liberal media~ bias is a myth.
I intend to go see the movie just like I bought their new CD. (which isn't bad even though I don't like country music)
